About iktva Forum 2027
Since its launch, Aramco’s iktva Forum has continued to evolve alongside the iktva program and the Kingdom’s growing industrial ecosystem.
Over the years, collaborations and partnerships have been ignited through the iktva Forum showcasing localization opportunities, connecting large companies with SMEs, expanding the global reach of our local supply chain, and introducing anchor local capabilities.
The iktva Forum has become a platform to continuously strengthen resilience of the local supply chain, engage with stakeholders to drive emerging objectives, and where companies from the Kingdom and around the world can connect with opportunities and build partnerships.
The iktva Forum 2027 will feature Aramco's Techshift open innovation initiative.
This expansion will connect innovators and entrepreneurs with real-world industrial challenges and opportunities together with suppliers, investors, and industry leaders to help shape the next phase of industrial growth.
The iktva Forum 2027 is shaped by four priorities reflecting the evolving needs of the industrial ecosystem and the opportunities ahead.

About iktva Program
Aramco has long recognized that a strong, reliable and resilient supply chain is fundamental to its success. As the industry evolved, so did the need to develop greater capabilities within the Kingdom, creating a local supply chain that could support Aramco’s operations while contributing to the Kingdom’s wider industrial and economic growth.
That ambition led to the launch of the In-Kingdom Total Value Add (iktva) program in 2015 aimed at bringing the long-lasting Aramco localization efforts under one structured framework.
The program drives a broad industrial ecosystem built on long-term partnerships. By working with suppliers, investors, government entities and other partners, iktva presents opportunities to invest, manufacture, develop talent and build new capabilities in the Kingdom.
Over the past decade, the program has delivered significant impact
Local content within Aramco’s
supply chain
Increased from 35% to 70%
Manufacturing growth
and investment
Nearly 400 manufacturing facilities established,
with approximately $9 billion in capital investment
Beyond these figures, the impact continues across the wider ecosystem, Local suppliers are increasingly reaching markets around the world, while new industrial capabilities, products and skills have been developed in the Kingdom supporting jobs, economic diversification and the growth of a more competitive local supply base.
As iktva enters its second decade, the ambition continues to evolve.
Building on the industrial capabilities established over the past ten years, the program is creating greater opportunities to innovate, develop and scale solutions from the Kingdom, bringing together industry, technology and investment to address emerging needs and unlock new opportunities.
